KICKING GOALS - 2500 STUDENTS GRADUATE FROM NRL SCHOOL TO WORK PROGRAM

The NRL School to Work program continues to kick major goals with 2500 students graduating from the Indigenous initiative. In 2020, despite the massive disruption to year 12 students, 500 students successfully achieved high school certificates.

We are also very pleased to announce that the Bennelong Cup will again take place for the fourth year in 2021. The aim is to find meaningful employment opportunities for 2020 graduates from the NRL School to Work program. To date fifteen students have been placed in careers including electrical, plumbing, fire and sprinkler technicians and carpentry trades from our efforts.

In 2021 the events will be held on 26 February. A number of former NRL players including Cliff Lyons will lead 14 touch football teams at Randwick Barracks (8.30am) vying for the Bennelong Cup, followed by lunch at Souths Juniors main auditorium in Randwick (1pm).

Thank-you to our current 2021 sponsors: BES, BGIS, CBRE, Evolve FM , Cushman & Wakefield - Formerly DTZ, GJK Facility Services, @NRG Indigenous, Zip Water and Skyline Landscapes. We will have more to announce soon.
