Considerable effort is made to ensure all employees are educated, trained and motivated to provide a value added service. The services offered are electrical maintenance, bundled services and project management.

Plus, we are able to tailor an administration package to suit our client’s requirements, regardless of the size of the job. For example, BES can manage each account, tracking each individual job in each location for multiple locations. Also, we take the headache out of invoicing by customising the invoices to be as detailed or simple as you need.

01 / ELECTRICAL

BES provide an extensive range of electrical services for our clients across the Australian Eastern Seaboard. Whether your business requires electrical services and maintenance, or installations and upgrades, we can provide any form of electrical service for your company.

03 / BOILING AND CHILLED WATER

BES are proud to partner with Zip Industries and Billi. We maintain and service all Zip and Billi water units. BES currently maintain contracts including WoAG, Optus and City of Melbourne Council across NSW, ACT and Victoria. This is a strategic bundled service that consolidates costs for all clients.

02 / SECURITY

Currently BES are trained up to provide maintenance, reactive and project works for a number of different security systems in the industry. Our qualified and trained staff are positioned in Sydney, ACT and Melbourne.

04 / PASSIVE FIRE

BES is embarking on managing passive fire contracts and working closely with our current corporate partners. As part of NSW legislation July 2020, BES are accredited with the FPA to provide passive fire and exit & emergency testing.
